How does this work? What do I need to do?We keep it as simple as possible! All you need to do is have an initial call or email discussion with us to discuss your specfic needs/goals (around 15 minutes) and then ship us the product to our Brisbane-based postal address. While the product is shipping, we will ideate and design the video and send you our ideas (mood board & shot-list) for your approval. Once the product is in our hands, we'll shoot the video on our own, or with your presence (Brisbane only) and send you the final video. If there's anything about the video you're not happy with, we'll continue to revise until you're 100% satisfied.

Do we need to post you the product? What if we want it back?Yes, you will need to post us the product to our Brisbane-based postage address or alternatively exchange the product in-person (Brisbane only). If you would like the product back, just make sure to include the return postage label in the package and we will send it back to you :)

How long will it take to receive my content?Because of our innovative team workflow system, our typical delivery time is just 7-14 days! Counted from the product arriving at our postal address to delivering the final videos to you. However, delivery times may be shorter or longer depending on the project's needs and location/model availability.

What if I don't like the content or it doesn't perform?No problem! Every order includes a GAURANTEE that if your content doesn't perform or you're 100% satisfied, we'll re-strategise and reshoot it as many times needed until it does. That's how confident we are in our work.

How does payment work?Payment works as an invoice billed to you after the video has been completed. Other payment methods are available too such as Stripe, contact us for more.

What if my product is too big to post?If your product is too large for convential postage, we can either arrange an in-person pickup/drop off or you can bring the product to and attend the shoot (Brisbane only).

How does the referral program work?Easy! Refer us a fellow business owner to us to earn 20% of their order value into your own bank account as finders fee :)
